•Uptake and impulsion of seawater, requires a primary step of organic waste removing, based on seawat er chlorination.
•We carried out the design and supply of a new system to increase the electrochlorination capacity from 200-360 kilos of equivalent to increased 2 to 3.6 m3 da on hypochlorite at 10% where our engineering had the virtue of adapt the existing electrochlorination with minimal impact on the facility.
