•Project implemented under a contract in the form of Turnkey or EPC and Testing and Commissioning.

The system consists of 4 areas:

• Water Treatment Plant
• Sewage Treatment Plant
• Wastewater Treatment Plant
• General Area of Interconnection between these Plants and the buildings of the Civic District
• Operation and maintenance of Plants
• Operation and Transfer March 2015
