The project consisted in the development of conceptual Engineering. Within documents made at this stage, the basic engineering documents were included, these were:

• Control philosophy.
• List of equipment.
• Operation manuals
• Plans of equipment lifting.
• General Lay Out of the Plant.
• P&IDs.
• Mass balance.
• Chemical and electrical consumption.
• Support to inquiries of environmental authority.
