Study phase of the project

•Consulting service through a detailed review of technical reports of Acotecnic Consultant Association.
•Technical consulting hired by SENAGUA firm, verification and lifting of inconsistencies, omissions, errors, discrepancies both the submitted studies and basic design parameters for the closure structure and regulation and Slopes of the Channels and project structures; analyzing the geological and geotechnical conditions and stability of infrastructure, presenting technical solutions in specific cases.
•Review of the technical specifications of the contract, development of unit price analysis, development of the table of quantities and prices of supplementary contract, variations in the quantities of the work, the contracting budget for approval.
•Calculation of the new contractual period and preparation of a physical and valued updated schedule.
•Technical support to the contractor during negotiations with SENAGUA.
